2 ounces Manischewitz wine
½ ounce lemon juice
Club soda, to top

Sugared matzo, for rimming the glassHow to Mix it:
To make the sugared Matzo rim…Take a whole sheet of Matzo and crush it with the back of a spoon (or your hand) until it’s broken into small but coarse pieces.
Add 1 tbs of confectioners sugar to the matzo and mix it all up.
Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with simple syrup and then dip in the matzo mix.
Set aside and we’ll make our drink…
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Bourbon or Gin, Manischewitz and Lemon Juice.
