Bradford Anderson
I mix a pretty mean cocktail, but there’s always room to learn. So our friend Bradford Anderson (General Hospital) swung by show us how to make an Old Fashioned a la Anderson.
—–THE OLD FASHIONED—-
You’ll Need:
2 oz Bourbon or Rye
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube (or a tsp of sugar)
1 dash Club Soda
1 Orange PeelHow To Mix:
Drop the sugar cube into your glass.Add the 3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters. Try and get them directly onto the sugar cube if you can.
Pour in a dash of Club Soda. Just enough to partial cover the Sugar Cube.
Muddle the Sugar, Bitters and Club Soda until you get a unified liquid.
Add 2 oz of Bourbon.
Crack the orange peel over the glass to get the zest into the drink. Then add the peel itself.
Add ice and stir the ingredients.
Enjoy!
